Mike Powers
Managing Director

As Chief Administrative Officer, Mike Powers, leads the day-to-day operations at Fulcrum Partners, including personnel management and the implementation of short- and long-term initiatives.

Mike came to Fulcrum Partners with extensive experience in providing oversight to a national executive benefits consulting firm. For more than twelve years he was the Executive Director, and prior to that the Vice President of Operations/Human Resources at an executive benefits and retirement consulting firm based in Ohio. Mike also has more than ten years of experience as a Client Relationship Manager with Aon Hewitt (previously Hewitt Associates).

Among his many valued areas of expertise are organizational leadership, budget development and implementation, CRM administration, process improvement, budget preparation, personnel and vendor management, operations, strategic planning, market identification and data analysis.

Active in community youth sports, Mike is a Board Member of the Cleveland Ice Storm Skating Club and a coach of the Westlake Baseball League.
